What Happened This Week?
This week saw Afro Toronto hosting an insightful discussion centered around local events and cultural insights in Toronto. The event featured four films:

1. Documentary on Historical Figures: A film capturing the journey of several Black Canadian historical figures, highlighting their contributions to society.
2. Short Film on a Student's Activism Journey: A short film showcasing a student's experience with activism, offering a personal and emotional narrative.
3. Feature-Length Film about a Black Community: A film that delves into the resilience and achievements of a Black community within Toronto.
4. Documentary on Legacy Figures: Another film celebrating Black historical figures whose legacies shaped the city.
